At Foreign Knowledge, we take great care in creating and preparing every order. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in its original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or you have received the incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, items that have been worn, washed or altered cannot be returned.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different size or item is to return your original order (once approved) and place a new order separately.
European Union Customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.
Items must be returned:
- Unworn
- Unused
- With original tags attached
- In their original packaging
- Together with proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
